Description

The Royal Museums of Greenwich (RMG) is about carrying out a pay and rewards review across the organisation. This project will lead to the job evaluation of 217 roles (from the Chief Executive Officer to entry level roles). The job evaluation methodology we plan using is Korn Ferry (Formerly Hay Group).
