The website must be built upon a business appropriate content management system (CMS) solution that is widely supported and open source. The CMS should contain both out of the box functionality and some custom settings and functionality that caters for our particular content creation and management work flows. We are looking for a CMS that is user-friendly, which means the content structure is easy to read and follow and is relatively easy to operate for members of the team with less CMS experience. The PSR is looking for a supplier that along with building the website, can host, maintain and provide ongoing support. The user experience and design of the website must cater for our user types and business branding, ensuring that the design feels contemporary and reflects current trends.
