The enclosed invitation to Tender provides information for consideration with respect to Cansfield High School’s Contract for the provision of Payroll and HR Services. The Contract is 3 years with the possibility of an extension (3 +1+1). 1.2 This contract has been split into 3 Lots as follows: -\
Lot 1 Provision of Payroll Services\
Lot 2 Provision of HR Services\
Lot 3 Provision of Payroll & HR Services\
If the outcome of the tender exercise proves that Lot 3 is the most economically advantageous option to the School then no award will be made under Lots 1 and 2. It Lots 1 and 2 prove to be the most economically advantageous to the School then 1 supplier per lot will be awarded a contract.\
The contract start dates are: -\

1 April 2020 – Provision of Payroll Services\
