The House of Lords requires a replacement ‘off the shelf’ HR and Payroll system for currently approximately 500monthly paid staff and 30 weekly paid casual staff. The system will be required to provide data for the House ofLords pension scheme which operates by-analogy to the Civil Services pension arrangements.
