The successful Tenderer will undertake our annual general satisfaction survey and monthly surveys for key service delivery areas which currently cover responsive repairs, the customer contact centre (Peabody Direct), gas servicing, complaints, anti-social behaviour (ASB), the Quality Homes programme, and lettings.
The intention of this research is to provide us with insight into our customers’ experience of the services we provide. This valuable information will help inform service and product improvements.
The objective is to analyse and improve customer satisfaction, with the outcome being that we can shape our services to tailor to our customers’ needs.
We intend to conduct monthly and annual surveys through a combination of telephone and online customer satisfaction surveys for all our key service delivery areas.
We would expect the monthly surveys to be completed within a month (if not less) from when we provide the data to the supplier. This is a minimum so we can gather feedback from residents as soon after their service experience as possible.

The contract will be subject to English Law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.
