Great Places is the Landlord and Blackpool Council commissions the care provision within these schemes. Both schemes have self-contained rental apartments and communal facilities.
Blackpool Council’s contract with the current provider is coming to an end and we wish to appoint a care provider to provide 210 hour of care per week at each scheme and a nightly sleep in at each scheme. Both background care (Peace of Mind) and commissioned care will be provided within the 210 hours.
