Description of the contract

An external research agency is required to analyse existing and collected data sources. Along with supplementary qualitative and quantitative research. Whose overall objectives are to demonstrate the effectivness of The Peer Mentoring Scheme, within establishments and on prisoners, in operation at HMP/YOI Thorn Cross. Plus,impact of the scheme on reducing re-offending. This is a further competition against Government Procurement Service (GPS) Framework RM1715, with those suppliers who feature on the GPS framework RM1715/1.1 & RM1715/2.1 and is not open to others.
