Pension fund management services. Pension investment services. The potential mandate is for the management of a segregated direct UK property portfolio. Whilst this is currently valued at 350 000 000 GBP, the exact value is still to be determined. Managers should have the ability and be willing to manage a segregated UK direct property on an advisory basis. Approaches that allow small allocations to indirect UK property will also be considered.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: South Tyneside Council as the administering authority of the Tyne and Wear Pension Fund will incorporate a minimum of a 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderes. The period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing before the tender is entered into. Tenderers will have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request an additional debriefing and additional information should be requested from the contacts in Section I).
