— scheme actuary and actuarial consultant (Lot 1),

— investment adviser (Lot 2),

— administrator and secretary to the trustees (Lot 3).

Scheme actuary and actuarial consultant. The initial appointment would be for a term of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years. The tender has been structured on a lot basis which means the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) for each lot will be awarded a contract. Tenderers can bid for all lots or just 1 or 2 lots. The Trustees are open to appointing one provider or three different providers for all lots. Please indicate if you are only prepared to act if you are awarded a minimum of 2 lots. The expected scope of services are set out in the appendices. If you submit a tender, we will assume that you are able to provide all of the services detailed in the appendices unless you make it clear in your response that you cannot.
