Description of the contract
Middlesbrough Council aims to ensure that people with assessed needs are assured of relevant support and a responsive service, enabling them to live as independently as possible and build on their strengths and capabilities, in line with their own future wishes. The primary objective of providing personal assistance enablement and support services is to enable people with assessed needs, wherever possible, to continue living in their own home, while preserving maximum independence and quality of life. In order to do so, the Service Provider will provide support services to Service Users in line with the Service Users’ individual support plans.
