Personnel placement and supply services for medical locums, Payroll and health services.
This is a voluntary notice for the purposes of advertising this tender for a part B service as defined under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2006.
The services to which this notice relates fall within part B of schedule 3, part 10 of the Public Services Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) (the Regulations).
Neither the publication of this notice nor the employment of any particular terminology nor any other indication shall be taken to mean that Airedale NHS Foundation Trust intends to hold themselves bound by any of the Regulations save those explicitly applicable to.
Part B services.
The Trust is commissioning a managed service for the supply of medical locum personnel placement and supply services and health services, including services provided by medical personnel, required by the [Trust] on an ad-hoc or contingent basis.
The service will deliver high quality management of multiple supply routes of personnel to work from time to time either directly or through employment bureau on a temporary or permanent basis for the Trust, and the supply of health services to the Trust on a contingent, ad-hoc basis.
The service will; work closely or integrate with in-house and external providers of personnel, identify the best value engagement route for the Trust, work closely with external providers of contingent health services.
The managed service may be extended to cover other categories of temporary resourcing and personnel placement services, and services provided by nurses during the term of the contract and the Trust reserves the right to do this at any time.
To include from time to time services delivered under CPV 79600000-0, 79610000-3, 79620000-6, 79624000-4, 79625000-1, 79631000-6, 85141000-9, 85141200-1.
Bidders should also be aware that existing staff groups may be eligible for TUPE transfer under any new contract let.
