The London Borough of Brent is experiencing a significant demand for primary school places in excess of the number of places available. A total of 21 Forms of Entry is required in the primary sector by 2016-17. In order to meet this demand the Council is delivering a four year permanent expansion programme and is procuring a contractor for four schools within phase 2 of the programme. These works will comprise of (but are not limited to) new build (modular construction), new build extensions, alterations/remodelling and refurbishments to existing buildings, external works and services.
