Cawston is a large phased development on the edge of Rugby being built on former farmland. As part of the development a NEAP

Rugby Borough Council (RBC) seek a supplier to provide and install the NEAP, and a LEAP at this site within the development.
RBC has worked with the Parish council to carry out consultation with residents, and also the Parish council itself, and offered suggestions of products/product types and landscape features based on the feedback from the consultation process and comments on existing facilities provided by RBC. Following this consultation process a base design and selection of play equipment has been created, which form the basis of the specification.
Therefore the tender is a design and build contract including landscaping and supply and installation of equipment, however the layout and items should reflect as close as possible the design created by RBC and the Parish during consultation.
