South Holland District Council (SHDC) are looking to appoint the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake plumbing and general building maintenance that involves occasional out of hours emergency call outs. The works would be for the Councils commercial properties mostly with some work for specific adaptations in the Councils housing stock. South Holland District Council requires commercial and domestic installation, repairs and maintenance to be made to their property portfolio within their geographic area. The properties portfolio comprises of the following:
• leisure centre – swimming pool and gymnasium;
• grade 1 listed museum;
• a sports field with stadium;
• a civic Centre incorporating a theatre, cinema and café;
• office buildings;
• depots;
• industrial units;
• domestic properties circa 4 000 properties;
• car parks;
• public toilets.
