Existing and Subsequent Work/Service/Orders.
As from receipt by the Employer or the Contractor, as the case may be, of notice under this Break Notice the Contractor shall not, unless otherwise agreed between him and the Contract Administrator, be under any obligation to accept any subsequent orders, which cannot reasonably be completed before the expiration of the notice, but the Contractor shall not be relieved of his obligation to complete all orders properly given prior to the receipt of the notice, even if such orders cannot be, or are not, completed before the expiry of such notice and to complete any subsequent orders that can reasonably be completed before that expiration or that he otherwise accepts.
