Description of the contract

UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) works with UK-based businesses to ensure their success in international markets, and encourages overseas companies to look to the UK as their global partner of choice for trade and investment. UKTI has professional advisers both within the UK and across more than 100 international markets. UKTI has a customer commitment to helping its UK and international customers by providing a range of services, to a high standard and improve customer service by listening to customer feedback. There is a continuing need to capture evidence on how business perceive the benefits, quality and impact of UKTI services, including events that it delivers via the Trade Development Group (TDG). Against this background UKTI established the HQ Events Team (part of TDG) to deliver a programme of around 425 Events and Missions each year as a means of supporting UKTI aims and objectives. This is in addition to the circa 450 events supported by TDG’s Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP). In order to seek customer feedback UKTI developed the Point of Delivery (POD) Questionnaires which are given out at Events and Missions (including TAP) to capture this customer feedback. (Example copies of these are attached).
