The Local Government Ombudsman and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) wishes to appoint a capable provider of a Portal and associated support services.
Our aim is to create a simple, secure, online Portal embedded within our website. The service will be accessed by complainants and bodies in jurisdiction to enable them to see progress on their cases, view and upload documentation and to communicate directly with the LGSCO.
