This contract is let on behalf of Cumbria County Council and is also open to, any may be used by, other local authorities and associated public sector bodies, located within Cumbria and the North West of England. These include, but are not restricted to, Carlisle City Council, South Lakeland District Council, Barrow in Furness District Council, Eden District Council, Copeland District Council, Allerdale District Council and the Lake District National Park Authority and Cumbria Police and Crown Prosecution Service.
