Spectrum Housing Group (SHG) is conducting a tender exercise in order to procure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Corporate Clothing and Janitorial Supplies. SHG is seeking to select 1 or more suppliers to provide the supply and distribution of PPE, Workwear/Corporate Clothing and Janitorial Supplies. The Supplier (s) will deliver the services required across the Group and its subsidiaries. SHG has main locations at Christchurch, Poole, Blandford, Exeter, Leicester and on the Isle of Wight. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. This contract is for a period of 3 years with a possible extension of 2 years based on contract performance. Spectrum Housing Group shall not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by bidders and accepts no liability for any costs, charges or expenses irrespective of the outcome of the competition, or the competition is cancelled or postponed. All dates, time periods and values specified are provisional and SHG reserves the right to change these.
