Pre-Bidders Event Session for Community Based Day Opportunities Approved Provider List – 19 July 2021
The Borough Council of Calderdale would like to invite representation from your organisation to a Community Based Day Opportunities Approved Provider List pre-bidders event.
The Borough Council of Calderdale would like to invite representation from your organisation to a Community Based Day Opportunities (CBDO) Approved Provider List (APL) pre-bidders event. The Pre-Bidders Event session will be via MS Teams, on 19th July 2021 at 10am. This will be an opportunity for Calderdale Council Officers to offer advice, support and guidance to providers before the Bidders Event and subsequent tender opportunity. The session will include an explanation of our commissioning intentions, a short presentation from our Integrated Commissioning, Quality and Contracts Team and a Q&A’s session. The event will be hosted by representatives from both Commissioning and Contracts teams. Contract Officers and Business Relationship Managers will also be in attendance. Please note, this is a prelude to the formal Bidders Event which will take place on the 16th August 2021, via MS Teams (dependent of future Covid restrictions), the invitation and details for the Bidder Event will be advertised on YORtender. Please ensure you are registered with YORtender to receive alerts from Calderdale Council with regards to this tender. Attendance at the Pre-Bidders Event and/or the Bidders Event is not a condition of submitting a bid.
