Description of the contract

NHS Nottingham City CCG is seeking to commission Primary Care Psychological Therapies services. The Commissioners require Primary Care Psychological Therapies services with staff qualified to appropriate levels of skill and experience, using connection to NHS information and the ability to integrate with the Choose and Book system, robust performance management systems and stringent levels of clinical governance. The successful providers will be required to sign the relevant national NHS contract for the service, accepting all terms and conditions. The service will be commissioned using the Any Qualified Provider process. In securing services under the AQP process assurance of competence, quality and safety standards is required. Any provider will be eligible to join the qualified provider list subject to demonstrating competency against specified criteria. It should be noted that under the AQP model, there will be no guarantees of volume payments in the contract award. All providers who wish to apply must do so by completing the Qualification questionnaire and Technical questionnaire which can be accessed through BravoSolution. Please see instructions on How To Apply. Providers will need to comply with NHS Nottingham City CCG’s policies. Information about the CCG may be found on the CCG website, link given below: The Standard NHS Contract 2014/15 can be found at: Services will be expected to commence from 01 September 2014. Potential Providers are asked to please note the following: NHS Nottingham City CCG will have a tariff review in September 2015. Providers should read the Qualification Information document prior to filling out the Bravo application form, paying attention to the guidance therein. The Bravo Messaging system for questions from Applicants will close on Friday 13 June 2014 at 12 noon, allowing time for answers to be posted and applicants to complete their applications by the reply by date of Friday 20 June 2014 at 12 noon. If Applicants are asked Clarification Questions during the Evaluation Stages, they have 48 hours in which to respond. Please ensure that you have staff available to answer the questions, which will be sent to you by email. Failure to respond in the given time could adversely impact your application. All providers who are currently providing AQP Primary Care Psychological Therapies services to Nottingham City CCG need not apply again.

Interested parties should access the portal: Suppliers using the portal for the first time must register to receive a password for their initial login.
