Primary school construction work. Construction work for school buildings. Demolition, site preparation and clearance work. Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent suppliers for the expansion of the school from 3 forms of entry to four forms of entry. The works contain 3 elements: construction of a new building, demolition of the neighbouring nursery and the two class nursery and Landscaping works including the provision of two Multi Use Game Areas.
The new building will have a ground floor of 1 298m2 consisting of classrooms, school hall & kitchen, a neighbourhood nursery, offices, toilets, a plantroom, and group rooms. The first floor of 837m2 will consist of classrooms, staffroom, offices, group rooms, toilets. There are 2 staircases and a lift.
