The Print Management service includes but is not limited to, the cover the following to complement and support the work of the in house Marketing and Communications Team:

— have a range of items and services offered for all print as well as merchandising,
— direct mail and fulfilment services – particularly including rent statements and customer magazines,
— capacity for stock holding and delivery,
— able to demonstrate eco friendly expertise and advice on reducing our impact on the environment,
— have self serve systems for stock items.
The PQQ will be available on the etendering website as described in III.2.1 from the 16.11.2012.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Suppliers Instructions How to Express Interest in this Tender: 1. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) – Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content. – Click the ‘Express Interest’ button at the top of the page. – This will move the PQQ /ITT into your ‘My PQQs/ My ITTs’ page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only) -You can now access any attachments by clicking ‘Buyer Attachments’ in the ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’ box 3. Responding to the tender – Click ‘My Response’ under ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’, you can choose to ‘Create Response’ or to ‘Decline to Respond’ (please give a reason if declining) – You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification – Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT – There may be a mixture of online & offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available) You must then submit your reply using the ‘Submit Response’ button at the top of the page. Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Suppliers must meet minimum financial’s and insurance levels as stipulated in the PQQ.
Suppliers must complete all mandatory sections in the PQQ via the etendering portal for consideration for this contract. This includes all attached appendices included but not limited to the Health & Safety Questionnaire, Equality & Diversity, Contractors Duty Form and the provision of References.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: 50 % Quantitive (e.g. Financial Standing, Insurance, Professional Accreditation etc).
50 % Qualititive – Technical ability of the supplier
Section VI: Complementary information
Estimated timing for further notices to be published: The contract is for 3 years from May 2013, with an option to extend for a further 1+1 years based on acceptable performance. It is anticipated that further contract notices will be published between 2016-18.
