Sefton Council is inviting responses for a collaborative contract for the Printing and Mailing of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authorities Mayoral Election 2017 information booklet. The Liverpool City Region Combined Authorities includes Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, St Helens Council, Sefton Council, Wirral Council and Liverpool City Council and Halton Borough Council.

All forms, letters and envelopes printed must comply with the relevant legislation and guidance issued by the Cabinet Office and the Electoral Commission

The electoral software used by the Council is Xpress, the supplier must be able to evidence that their printing processes are compatible with the Xpress system.
