From information provided by Electoral Services, a regional Returning Officer, Police Area Returning Officer or equivalent, the supplier will produce the required electoral stationery as prescribed by legislation.
The supplier will produce electoral material as prescribed and taking account of Electoral Commission’s directions and guidance, as agreed in discussion with Electoral Services.

The political profile of the Kirklees area is as follows:
— 4 Parliamentary Constituencies;
— 23 District Wards (3 Councillors per Ward – elections held in 1/3rds – 69 in total);
— 5 Parish and Town Councils (30 Parish Wards) – Denby Dale (20), Holme Valley (23), Kirkburton (25), Meltham (12) and Mirfield (16) (Note: the numbers detailed in brackets represent the number of Parish and Town Councillors within each area.
