The Centre requires the service of organisations (the “Organisation”) to provide specialist print services.
On the basis of the tender proposal, one or more Organisations will be added to the Centre’s Framework Agreement for Print Services (the “Service”).
The Service focuses on the printing of publications and materials that the Centre produces in order to communicate its key messages. The Centre will produce a range of bilingual, full colour publications during the year including a calendar, guide to services, events brochure and information leaflets. The Centre also required a range of stationery such as headed paper, compliments slips and business cards. Where possible the Centre uses recycled materials and aims to minimise the environmental impact of its printed materials.
The Centre will be looking for printers able to supply low volume digital print and/or large volume litho print.
Organisations tendering for this work would be expected to provide evidence of an effective Environmental Management System such as ISO 14001.

The Centre will make a Decision based solely on the tenders submitted.
Prospective tenderers should particularly note that costs incurred by organisations in preparing and submitting a tender will not be covered.
Your Response to Tender must remain valid for a period of 90 days from date of signature by your Authorised Official/s.
Successful and unsuccessful individuals or companies will be advised within 15 working days of the closing date.
