The Framework Agreement will run for an initial 3 year term but will contain an option to extend by up to one further year. SYPTE are looking to be supplied mainly five times a year; 4xY periods at the end of October, January, April and July for which printing will need to be supplied during September/October, December/January, March/April, June/July with an additional “schools” change in early September, when printing will need supplying during July/August. In addition to these five periods, reprints of many of our leaflets will be required throughout each year to maintain our stocks. We tend to find the four “4xY” periods have two busy ones, January and particularly July with the slightly quiter ones being April and October.
The figures provided in 3 above are based on a 4 year estimate range of values.

The Framework Agreement will run for an initial 3 year term but will contain an option to extend by up to one further year. Rail timetables are normally produced twice each year in December and May, with an occasional additional production in September. Each production could be in excess of 150 000 timetables on varying formats and over 400 posters.
The figures provided in 3 above are based on a four year estimate range of values.

— evidence of 3 years previous experience of supplying quantities of printed products, in multiple formats, equal to, or in excess of section 5 of the summary specification, to organisations within agreed timescales,
— evidence and examples of delivering quality printing and binding in both small, large and poster format, to accurate specification,
— proven experience of direct delivery to specified locations within agreed timescales,
— demonstrate flexibility in standard delivery deadlines,
— evidence of working to current environmental standards, such as iso 14001,
— evidence in the form of case studies and/or practical examples of working with clients to determine the most appropriate and best value print solution,
— evidence of excellent client relationship management.
Lot 2.
— proven experience of good partnership working train operating companies and/or public sector organisations,
— evidence of 3 years previous experience in accurately manipulating raw data to produced rail timetables in a pre-determined format,
— evidence of 3 years previous experience in supplying quantities of printed rail products in multiple formats and electronic outputs within agreed yet constrained timescales equal or in excess of those specified in section 2 of the summary specification,
— proven experience of delivering colour and black and white printing and binding in both small, large and poster format,
— proven experience of direct delivery to various outlets with differing requirements and via the postal services or equivalent,
— evidence of working to current environmental standards, such as iso 14001,
— evidence of innovative and knowledgeable approach to advances in printing technology to allow the most suitable products to be produced by way of a summary overview case study.
