The Open Procedure will be used to commission the provision of Prison Healthcare Services for HMP Hull/HMP Humber (Lot 1) and FHMP Full Sutton (Lot 2) on behalf of the NHS England (West Yorkshire) Health and Justice Commissioning Team.
The Open Procedure is a single stage process which includes assessment of Bidders capacity and capability and ability to deliver against the service specification.

The Capability and Capacity Assessment Questionnaire and the Technical Response Questionnaire can also be found on the ITT tab/page of the Tender page within the In-Tend eTendering Portal. Both of these questionnaires must be completed in order to submit a tender response.
The Financial Model Template (FMT), Declaration, Form of Offer and Conflict of Interest Document(s) must be downloaded from the attachment area of the ITT. Once complete, please upload these documents at the relevant Placeholder on the ITT tab/page of the Tender page within the In-Tend eTendering Portal. Where specifically requested within a question, those attachments should also be uploaded at the relevant Placeholder on the ITT tab/page of the Tender page within the In-Tend eTendering Portal.
Unless stated otherwise, all communications from the NECS during the period of this procurement shall be submitted via the online correspondence facility provided on the NECS portal (see ‘Correspondence’ section). The onus is on the applicant to read and keep up to date with all the information published in relation to this requirement.
