The assessment of location, condition, performance and improvement potential of private dwellings across the city will help the council to determine the most efficient and cost effective repair, maintenance and improvement strategies. The council wishes to estimate the contribution of private sector housing to health. We need to identify the most beneficial and cost effective improvements to housing across the city in order to drive up public health standards and reduce health costs. The council is seeking a supplier who has wide experience of surveying and statistically modelling housing stocks.
