II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The United Kingdom will host the 2019 North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) Summit on 4.12.2019.
There will be a requirement to provide private security outside the remit of the police and other security services around the perimeter and areas inside the hotel. Some locations (e.g. off-site) are yet to be confirmed, but it is likely to include secondary locations such as asset storage sites, which may or may not need additional help with security.
The Authority requires a Private Security Contractor (PSC) to provide a range of security duties, including an appropriate number of unarmed guards with SIA security clearance, qualifications, training and experience, to control access at key venue locations.
