Description of the contract
Research is required by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) to evaluate the application of payment by results (PBR) in two public sector prisons. HMP Leeds and HMP & YOI High Down will be piloting two different models of PBR. A process study is required to evaluate these approaches and, where appropriate, draw comparisons between them. Both pilots are scheduled to begin in 2012.
