Bidders should note that this is a Conditional Fee based contract where any payments that are made by the trust to assist i.e. contractors cash-flow will need to be reimbursed via savings delivery or refunded in full in the event insufficient savings are realised within the agreed term.
Alongside BTUH’s requirement there is — Phase 2 which is the appointment of a framework which will be open to all public sector bodies wishing to appoint a Co-Sourcing provider going forward. The maximum number of appointed framework suppliers will be 6.
Separately to this piece of work the trust is also appointing a consultancy firm to undertake a strategic review of staff structure and review of the procurement functionality within the Hospital this will not be included in the scope of this EU tender.
The start date for phase 1 will be October 2015 for a period of 12 months with the option to extend by 3 x 12 months.
The start date for phase 2 will be October 2015 The framework duration will be 4 years.
