II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:
The service is to be hosted by the supplier and provided via a link or links placed on the NHS Wales Intranet/Internet using Open Athens Authentication. The solution may comprise of 1 or more resources but must be provided by a single supplier with a single application interface.
The anticipated initial agreement period will be 3 years with the capacity to extend for a period of a further 3 years in annual increments or for the full three year period at the sole discretion of the Authority (maximum contract term 6 years).
The advertised value of 855 000 GBP refers to the value of the opportunity over the potential maximum 6 year term of the agreement.
This figure is based on an indicative budgetary amount, the provision of which may reduce year on year.
