All the 3 lots are for the initial period of 3 years with a provision to extend for further 2 years. Lot 2 — the total anticipated spend over the contract period could be around 750 000 GBP (excluding VAT) and for lot 3 — the total anticipated spend could be around 2.5 million GBP (excluding VAT).

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Pre Qualification Questionnaire followed by tender documents for those short-listed.
