— Procurement Services for NHS commissioners including but not limited to; support for commissioning strategy, health needs assessment and forecasting (e.g. JSNA), market management, end to end healthcare procurement, contract and performance management;
— Additional support services including but not limited to data capture, management and integration, business intelligence and analytical services, strategic communications including media, freedom of information requests and website management, patient consultation for NHS Commissioners;
— A full end to end commissioning support service including but not limited to; business support services (including finance, payroll, human resources, legal advice and corporate governance) and procurement and additional support services (as listed above) for NHS commissioners;
— Clinical support services including but not limited to; individual funding requests and complex case management, medicines management and prescribing services, continuing care and funded nursing care and safeguarding services for NHS commissioners;
— Transformational support for NHS commissioners including but not limited to planning, management and implementation of service redesign, specific clinical service change and pathway redesign.
The likely customers of the above services are Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), NHS England and other NHS and public sector health organisations.

The first opportunity to do this will be via the Commissioning Show. NHS England will be attending the Commissioning Show on 12 and 13.6.2013, 13:00–14:00 at Excel, 1 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1XL. Please note interested parties should register for the Commissioning Show separately via commissioningshow.co.uk. There will be further engagement in June and July, details of which will be provided via the NHS England website, www.england.nhs.uk, in due course.
This engagement may inform the strategy for future procurement activity for framework agreements/contracts. Any potential Framework Agreement may be split into Lots, to be determined.
Any future procurement activity arising out of the above event will be the subject of a separate contract notice and the Contracting Authority running such procurement activity may change.
NHS England is not liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in or attending this event or by those tendering for any future contract opportunity.
