This is a Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the procurement of Steel Bridge Deck Kits comprising up to 20 bridges of varying sizes including optional walkways and training services in Pakistan. Please forward your EOI to the contact point detailed in Section I.1). On receipt of your EOI a PQQ will be emailed to you which must be completed and returned to the same contact point by the deadline specified in Section IV.3.4).

III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required:

A performance guarantee of 10% of the resulting contract value may be required. If such a guarantee is required it must be in the form provided by Crown Agents in the ITB, in the currency of the bid and from a bank acceptable to the Crown Agents.

Description of particular conditions: Except as permitted below, all interested applicants must complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) which is available upon request from the named contact point in Section I.1).
A completed PQQ, which incorporates the requirements of Sections III.2.1), III.2.2) and III.2.3) below, must be returned by the date stipulated in Section IV.3.4).
Failure to comply with this requirement will render your application ineligible for consideration.
Candidates who responded to the previous OJEU Contract Notice reference 2012/S 195-320683 dated 10/10/2012 (“Previous Candidates”) and submitted a completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“Previous PQQ”) may also wish to express an interest in response to this OJEU Notice by submitting a PQQ.

Previous Candidates have the option not to submit a PQQ provided that if they choose this option, it is a condition of their participation that they provide a statement (which must be returned by the date stipulated in Section IV.3.4) on their company letterhead certified by a director of the company that all statements and information in their Previous PQQ (including but not limited to Form B – Grounds for Mandatory Rejection, Form C – Grounds for Discretionary Rejection and Economic and Financial Standing – Question 4.1) remain true and accurate in all aspects and have not changed. Where any information and/or statement(s) in a Previous Candidate’s Previous PQQ have changed, this must be disclosed fully in the certified statement and updated information and/or statement(s) provided.
Previous Candidates should be aware that the submission of a certified statement (with updated information if applicable) or a PQQ they will not result in automatic prequalification.
