(i) financial stability
Bidders will be required to have a minimum ‘general’ yearly turnover of:
— if bidding for Lot 1 — 116 000,00 GBP for the last 3 years;
— if bidding for Lot 2 — 435 000,00 GBP for the last 3 years;
— if bidding for Lot 3 — 166 000,00 GBP for the last 3 years;
— if bidding for Lot 4 — 66 000,00 GBP for the last 3 years;
— if bidding for Lot 5 — 33 000,00 GBP for the last 3 years;
— if bidding for Lot 6 — 20 000,00 GBP for the last 3 years;
— if bidding for Lot 7 — 10 000,00 GBP for the last 3 years.
Where turnover information is not available for the time period requested, the bidder will be required to state the date which they were set up/started trading.

(ii) insurance requirements
It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any contract, the types and levels of insurance listed below. Please note that this value is for ‘each and every’ claim. Bidders also must confirm they can provide the following supporting evidence at point of award.
Employer’s (compulsory) liability insurance = 5 000 000 GBP
Professional indemnity insurance = 5 000 000 GBP
Public liability insurance = 2 000 000 GBP
