Soft Market Test Programme Management Solution.

Leicester City Council are looking for a solution that can manage the large programmes that the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) currently manage. This includes recording and monitoring budgets, risks, milestones and outputs as well as document workflow, audit trails etc.

LCC are not fully aware of what currently exists in the market as options to us, even though the business requirements are known. The Council wants to ensure that they will be using the latest technology and would like advice on what is possible.

Please note this is a Soft Market Test and not a call for competition.
