The University is seeking to appoint Technical Advisors, in 2 Lots, to support and manage the Estate Strategy procurement and delivery. The University is seeking expressions of interest from suitable consultants/teams who possess a demonstrable track-record in the successful delivery of relevant major programmes of work (in excess of 200 000 000 GBP) and major higher education, or related building projects (in excess of 40 000 000 GBP).
Applicants must be able to clearly demonstrate that they possess adequate levels of resource of the requisite calibre and experience, to serve a number of concurrent major construction projects. This may be from within their own organisation or sub-consultants or consortium arrangements.
