Framework for Programme and Project Management Training

Description of the goods or services required

The Scottish Government requires a framework agreement to provide Accredited/Certified Programme and Project Delivery learning. The framework will be an integral part of development interventions to build Project Management capability within that wider context.

Learning opportunities should best support the learning outcome of the staff attending, aligned to the Scottish Government’s programme and project management principles and be able to be targeted at the appropriate knowledge and working level of Awareness, Working, Practitioner and Expert.

The main objectives of the Framework Agreement will be to provide:

– Training appropriate to the needs of the individual to ultimately build the skills capacity of the organisation;

– Design, development and delivery of learning and development that is relevant to business and individual needs and uses acknowledged good practice;

– An advisory and development service whereby the contractor will identify needs not currently being met and will enhance the development of the content and the materials required for this training; and

– Evaluation of training services delivered, using a recognised evaluation method.
