Description of the goods or services required

Two part time roles are needed by Campbeltown Community Business Ltd: a Project Manager for 8-10 months and an Organisational Development Consultant for 4-5 months.

CCB have secured funds including round 1 Heritage Lottery Fund for a development project to prepare full bids for the renovation of The Picture House, an A listed working cinema.

The consultancy roles are critical to ensure that all the activities come together for successful second round funding applications as well as improving current operational performance, transforming the organisation to be fully investment ready and developing engagement and involvement activities.

We expect two people to cover the two roles but will consider submissions proposing one person for both roles.

There will be three further roles advertised in early 2014 to complete the team: architect, business planning consultant and heritage and involvement consultant.
