Project Officer Contract
We are looking for a person to provide administrative support for the project.
Computeraid Ltd has been awarded ESF funds to run a programme of IT training courses for SMEs in Cardiff, Newport, Monmouthshire and the Vale of Glamorgan. The project will run for four years from February 2011 to December 2014. We are looking for a person to provide administrative support for the project.
The main duties include but are not limited to:
Answering telephone enquiries and dealing with course participants
Entering data on bespoke database
Registering candiates for exams and maintaining accurate records.
Prepare and proof draft letters
To maintain an accurate filing system for retrieval of documents for reference and audit trail.
To maintain accurate records of European Social Fund correspondence and applications for review, audit trail and to meet legal obligations under funding regulations.
Low level marketing campaigns.
Support Project Manager
Experience of working on an ESF-funded project highly desirable.
Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access and Excel (ECDL qualification an advantage)
Good typing skills preferable.
Welsh language skills also desirable.
The person would be expected to work approx 1,610 hours over one year (i.e. 35 hours per week for 46 weeks approx. etc).
