This is an OJEU procurement for the provision of a framework to carry out property conditions surveys. Berneslai Homes require a framework of suppliers to carry out property condition surveys on the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough housing stock. The framework has 5 lots and companies may apply for any number of lots. It is envisaged that between 1 and 5 companies will be appointed to the framework. The framework period will be from the 1.9.2016 until the 31.8.2017 with three possible 1 year extensions.
