Construction consultancy services. The Council has published this Contract Notice to alert potentially interested contractors (who hold the appropriate and relevant experience) of this potential opportunity. The Contractor will be expected to provide the consultancy under this Framework Agreement to any local authority or other public sector body within the County of Hertfordshire that is authorised by the Council, including all Hertfordshire state maintained schools (which includes Community Schools, Foundation and Trust Schools, Voluntary Aided Schools, Voluntary Controlled Schools, Voluntary Schools, Academies, Pupil Referral Units and Free Schools). Any organisation that utilises this Framework Agreement shall do so under the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement. The current estimated value of the Framework Agreement has been provided and the indicative values relate to a four (4) year period. Please note that there will be no guarantee of work, or any set volume of work under the proposed Framework Agreement.
