The Council is seeking to enter into a contract with a single contracting entity for the provision of a property services contract. The service briefly comprises capital project services, energy and environmental management, estate management, hard facilities management, managed services, management of traveller sites, property records, soft facilities management, support to corporate asset management planning, and valuation service.

Description of particular conditions: Contract performance conditions may relate to social and environmental considerations. The contractor’s technical capability to meet these requirements may also be assessed during the competition and criteria which assess the manner in which the contractor will meet these requirements may also be included within the contract award criteria. Candidates will be required to answer these questions as part of the qualification process. For candidates who are registered overseas, you will need to declare if you have any offences/misconduct under your own countries laws, where these laws are equivalent to the Regulation 23 lists.
Candidates who have been convicted of any of the offences under Article 45(1) are ineligible and will not be selected to bid, unless there are overriding requirements in the general interest for doing so.
Candidates who are guilty of any of the offences, circumstances or misconduct under Article 45(2) may be excluded from being selected to bid at the discretion of the Authority.

Lincolnshire County Council will be contracting primarily for its own requirements but there is the potential for other authorities within the region to utilise the same contract for the support services contained within this notice for the same duration of the stated intended length. These authorities are:
