Consultancy services for planning and commercial evaluation.

The Council intends to hold a supplier engagement event on 25.7.2013 to share the Council’s requirements, as currently understood, and to seek feedback from the market in order to improve the value for money in the opportunity.

After the supplier workshop event LCC will provide summaries of the day’s key findings and then aim to publish an OJEU Contract Notice in early November 2013. Please direct any queries or expressions of interest during this period to FDSSP@lincolnshire.gov.uk to ensure your submissions are dealt with.
Lincolnshire County Council wishes to appoint one main contractor to deliver the Services. To aid in small and medium sized enterprises (SME) inclusion, Procurement Lincolnshire would also like to hear from any Contractors who would wish to register as a potential sub-contractor. This list will then be published as an appendix in the Invitation to tender enabling bidders to be signposted to the available SME provision.
