Part 9 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) provides for economic operators who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the regulations to take legal action.
Any such action must be brought within the applicable limitation period. the purpose of the standstill period referred to above is to allow an economic operator to apply to the Court to set aside the award decision before the contract is entered into.
