We intend to award a contract for land agency services to Forestry Commission Scotland (FCS) for assistance in the acquisition/disposal/marketing and to advise on property related matters on the National Forest Estate in Scotland. The assistance sought expressly excludes the disposal of and forest management of woodland property, specialist planning advice, advice in relation to minerals and telecoms and acquisition advice.
Where there is a property to be acquired or sold that requires specialist advice this may be excluded from this contract at the discretion of FCS.
