The provision of Mechanical and Electrical maintenance services, Fabric and Premises maintenance services (to include elements of planned, corrective and reactive maintenance) and low value works across Transport for London sites.

tender process or at anytime during the contract term.

It is currently intended that the scope of our requirement will cover the provision of Mechanical and Electrical maintenance services, building fabric maintenance services and low value works across Transport for London sites (excluding Tube and Rail sites); such as Head Office facilities, bus stations and other Surface sites — to include elements of planned, corrective and reactive maintenance. The range of assets to be maintained shall be wide and shall include assets across the Mechanical and Electrical and Building Fabric arena, such as:
Building fabric (ceilings, walls, decorating),
Lighting
HVAC
Electrical testing
Hot and cold water systems.

In the event that the expression of interest is submitted by a group of companies as a single entity or group prior to contract, details of each member of the group shall be provided together with identification of the ‘lead’ company. In the event that tenders are invited from a group of contractors, no amendment or subsitution of any member of the group will be permitted unless with the prior approval of the Contracting Entity.

The procurement process is being conducted on behalf of Transport for London (TfL). TfL is a complex organisation operating both as a Functional Body of the Greater London Authority (GLA) under the direction of the Mayor of London and as a provider of transport services. The supply may be provided to TfL and/or its subsidiaries. Any part of TfL and/or any of its subsidiaries may award Contracts.
