The contract is initially for 3 years but there is an option for 2 x 12 months extensions subject to satisfactory performance.

The faculty of health, education, medicine and social care within anglia ruskin university seeks an occupational health (OH) service for tis students undertaking nursing (all branches), midwifery, operating department practice, paramedic science, healthcare science, social work, health visiting, drama therapy, music therapy and early years professional studies to enable them to meet the requisite occupational health standards to fulfil their training and practice placement requirements.
The OH service provision for healthcare students must abide and take into consideration any new department of health and Nice guidelines, legislation or any other information which could affect or benefit the health and welfare of healthcare students and which could have implications on the completion of their education. The value of the procurement is based on historical information and is likely to fluctuate depending on student recruitment and the numbers of vaccinations and immunisations required each year.

Anglia Ruskin University will incorporate the statutory 10 day standstill period under Regulation 87 into the award process.
The Public Contract Regulations 2015 provide a mechanism for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or who are at risk of harm by Anglia Ruskin University’s breach of the regulations to take action in the High Court. Any such action should be brought promptly and in any event within 30 days of the date the tenderer knew or ought to have known that grounds for starting proceedings have arisen.
The procedures and grounds for appeal are set out in Regulation 92.
